Nuneaton Griff Confirm 5 More Retained Players

Nuneaton Griff Football Club can announce it has retained another five players from last season's squad heading into the 2026/27 campaign.

Luca Bien, Keaton Blackbird, Matty Chadaway, Henley Hadley and Jack Collins have all agreed to stay on with the Heartlanders for the upcoming campaign.

Luca Bien

Luca Bien is a talented young keeper and a great shot stopper, with his kicking improving ten-fold.

His confidence between the sticks continues to grow, and he's shaping up to be a real asset for the club going forward.

Keaton Blackbird

Keaton Blackbird a tricky winger that has a tidy left foot that can cause trouble for opponents.

With the ability to also play in the ten role, he is a real handful for defenders and his versatility provides options in attack.

Matty Chadaway

Matty Chadaway is a dynamic player who can run in behind or drive forward with the ball at his feet.

Another lad who oozes goals, his energy and end product make him one to watch this season.

Henley Hadley

Henley Hadley is a quality full back who is tidy on the ball and likes to get forward.

His composure in possession and willingness to join the attack add real balance to the side.

Jack Collins

Jack Collins is a prolific goal scorer who has the knack of being in the right place at the right time.

His movement and finishing instinct make him a genuine threat in and around the box.
